The safety and wellbeing of our athletes is our number one priority
As part of English Athletics affiliation terms and conditions, we must operate to defined club standards. You can find these below. Please note some are currently under going a review process and these will be published as soon as possible.
Consitution
Our club constitution is a simple document that outlines how our club functions and the rules under which we operate.
Committee
Our club has a committee made up of representatives from the Club who will fulfil the following key roles:
- President or Chair
- Club Secretary
- Treasurer
- Membership Secretary
- Welfare Officer
Grievance and Disciplinary
Our Grievance & Disciplinary policy provides our club with a clear process on how to manage grievance and disciplinary matters.
General Data Protection
Our Privacy Notice is in place to ensure their members are aware of how their data will be processed. Data is shared and processed by England Athletics.
Inclusion and Diversity
Our Inclusion Policy outlines how we will make reasonable adjustments for everybody to take part as well as promote a change in attitudes and perceptions towards the characteristics protected under the Equality Act (2010).
Safeguarding and Code of Conduct
All club members have agreed and signed a Code of Conduct relevant for their role.
Health and Safety
We have implemented a Health & Safety policy and carry out regular risk assessments
