We build stamina, speed and friendships at our regular training sessions!
On Wednesday evenings (18:30-19:30) in Northallerton, we hit the roads, local running paths or playing fields.
On Sundays we train in the wide open spaces near Knayton (14:00 - 16:00), perfect for trails and cross country
We do also train at the track in Darlington and sometimes hit the hills......
